Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests for each event?

Each package we offer has a recommended guest count, however, if your numbers don’t line up, we will develop a customized package to fit your needs

How does billing work? Is there an deposit?

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit upon booking in the event of a cancellation in less than 48 hours. The $200 will be credited toward your package with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event.

What happens if my event runs longer than initially planned?

If your event goes longer than planned, we will stay and continue services within a reasonable time frame. Additional charges will be applied based on extra supplies and labor used.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1-3 months before your event to ensure optimal availability. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate reservations within any time frame.

Do you provide non-alcoholic options?

Yes! All of our packages, except the Premium, include Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Dr. Pepper, and tonic water. As well as pineapple, cranberry, and orange juice. If you decide on the Premium package, we can do an add-on of the non-alcoholic drinks you want.

Can I choose the drinks that are served?

Absolutely! We want you and your guests to have your favorite cocktails, so we will cater our menu to the drinks of your choosing.
